Freeport, Bahamas – Alyvonnetta Levarity, human resources administrator at the Medical Education Review Program (MERP), recently received the organization’s prestigious PRIDE award.

Bahamian Alyvonnetta Levarity began her employment in 2008 and has played an instrumental role in hiring quality employees who continue to serve MERP students today.

"Alyvonnetta’s organizational skills, persistence and loyalty to MERP have been critical to our operation,” said Anne Bergen-Taylor, regional human resources director. “Her dedication to doing a great job is apparent in any task she undertakes and we are privileged to have her on our staff.”

“I am earnestly grateful for the recognition I have received for my work,” said Ms. Levarity. “This award could not have been achieved without the inspiration I have received from my leaders and my colleagues, for whom I have deep respect, and from whom I have derived the strength to challenge myself and perform better at each stage of my career.”

The PRIDE (Professional Recognition of Integrity, Dedication and Excellence), is awarded to those who are high performers. Recipients of the award exemplify the very best in personal integrity and commitment.
